  1. Зачем такой большой северный скат? м2 кровли дороже м2 стены.
    Хочу себе что-то подобное, но в конструктиве геодезического купола.
    Технология деревянный каркас 400мм, утепление строительная пакля/джут, внутренняя отделка глина с армирование джут
    Скромной размерности 64м2, с атриумом +32м2=96м2
    Зимовий комфорт нижче -10С забезпечить піч ондоль, літній – грунтовий повітряний теплообмінник.

  2. Ориентировочна стоимость строительства такого домика? В каркасе?
    Мне вот нужно 56-60м2, один этаж, 3 основных пространства "дом на вырост" утепление выше нормативного в 3 раза, со временем антресоль 25-30м2.
    Что-то типа такого: eurohouse.ua/ua/proekti/ex-044, только с входным тамбуром, прихожей, между с/у и кухней. Все-ж у нас не Калифорния.
    🙂 опять купол, на светопрозрачку и черепицу совмещенную с солнечными батарейками прийдется потратится.
    Конструктив с пролетом от 4.5м, по классике недорогим не будет
    П.С. Посмотрел "Жукин" это какая-то дичь, в разделе. энергосберeгающие, коридоры по 6м2, раздельные с/у по 8-9м2, топочная 9м2 WTF???

  3. Может быть стоило поменять местами кабинет и (лестница+котельная), дабы сократить расстояние между котельной и кухней?
